This 5 week course is a great jumping off point for both new and returning potters.

 

The goal of POTTERY 101 is to teach you how to create food-safe functional pottery using the wheel! We will cover things like, centering, throwing, trimming, adding handles, decorating and glazing!  

Upon completion of the course you will have the skills needed to start/continue your clay adventure!

*UNLIMITED CLAY (no production potters please)

*TOOL KIT (basic set of tools for you to keep)

*OPEN STUDIO (one extra practice session per week!)

*UP TO 10 pieces to take home! (extras are $5 each)

 

*WARNING* Individuals with long/false nails might find it tough to throw on the potter's wheel. We reccomend trimming your nails prior to the course!

 

*WARNING* Clay is MESSY, bring a handtowel/apron & wear clothes you dont mind getting dirty!! (it does wash out dont worry!)

 

All students should be at least 18 years old.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if canceled 14 days before class. 50% refund if cancellation is 7 days prior to first class. No Refund after this 7 day period.
