POTTERY 101 - WED 10AM-12PM

This 5 week course is a great jumping off point for both new and returning potters.
 
The goal of POTTERY 101 is to teach you how to create food-safe functional pottery using the wheel!
 
We will cover things like, Centering, throwing, trimming, adding handles, decorating and glazing!  
 
Upon completion of the course you will have the skills needed to start your clay adventure!
 
Included with the class;
*UNLIMITED CLAY (no production potters please) 
*TOOL KIT (basic set of tools for you to keep)
*OPEN STUDIO ACCESS (one per week! practice makes perfect)
*UP TO 10 pieces to take home! (extras are $5 each)
*WARNINGS* Individuals with long/false nails might find it tough to throw on the potter's wheel. We reccomend trimming your nails prior to the course!
*WARNINGS* Clay is MESSY, bring a handtowel/apron & wear clothes you dont mind getting dirty!! (it does wash out dont worry!)
All students should be at least 18 years old.
